Gonzalo Higuain has not been included in the AC Milan squad to face Genoa with the striker’s move to Chelsea closer than ever.
Milan boss Genaro Gattuso stated – “We had a poor training session today due to all these rumours”.
“We spoke after the training session and I did not consider him ready for this game”.
The Argentinian is part of a bizarre transfer chain which includes Krzysztof Piatek moving to Milan, Higuain to Chelsea, Alvaro Morata to Athletico Madrid and Nikola Kalinic to Monaco with one move can trigger all the deals to be completed.
Chelsea monitoring Coutinho’s situation at Barcelona

Wolves to make decision on Jimenez future
Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo says that the club will wait until the end of the season before looking to secure Raul Jimenez on a permanent deal (The Mirror).
The 27-year old is on loan at Wolves from Benfica and has impressed since arriving, scoring six and assisting five goals this season.
